My phone broke down on 7th November, so I ordered a new one via an upgrade, on 8th November.
Today is 1st December and I still haven't received my phone.
I've had zero feedback from EE. I have no idea when my phone is going to arrive. They were very efficient taking the £50 upgrade fee from my bank account, though.
Anyone else waited for an absurd amount of time? What a **bleep**ty company they are.

Hello @htrd ,
Welcome to the community,
What phone, colour and storage size did you order?
If it is an IPhone, in case you have not heard, take a read here:

Hi Schockwave, thanks for responding. I am aware of iPhone delays, but mine is a humble Google Pixel 6a, my first upgrade in 6 years (I have no interest in owning the 'latest' phone)
If my current phone (a Samsung) was still working, I wouldn't even be here. I'm just really peed off about this, not least because I can't work from home without my phone.
I guess I'll have to be patient, but it's frustrating, because it's NOT an iPhone.
Cheers.

@htrd , if you have Skype, you can contact EE for free or message them here, they may be able to let you know:
https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile'
You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
