The EE website now says the iPhone 14 pro max are all in stock and should be dispatched within 1 day? Does this mean we will be getting our orders soon?
Course you can complain. I just wondered what for. When you purchased the phone it should have told you "despatched within 28 days" you have given it 15 days. Patience, my friend, and it will come 😀
As a slightly good update for you Poppy, my brother called to ask EE about a realistic timeline in regards to his delivery and the lady confirmed on the phone that anyone who ordered on the week of the 26th will be the next to get their batch of iPhone deliveries by the end of the month. Fingers crossed you will get yours by this time!
I was going to also mention by order came today as well! 10am it was delivered but I no notification from DPD until on the day early morning lol. Took a while but I’m glad it’s finally here in time!
