how can i find out if my order has been accepted?

I've ordered a tablet on a pay monthly basis,there was no upfront payment required so of course nothing has been taken. I've received an email saying my order is being processed with an order number but i can't track it and i need the tablet for work so would be useful to know if i have been accepted.
also if I've been accepted when should i expect delivery?

It's great that you've received the order number. If the order wasn't successful, you would have received another email to say that we need to speak to you about your order.

I only ordered last night but was told that sometimes the item is out of stock and i was worried i wouldn't receive in time

Hello Chris, I have a similar issue. Only I recieved no confirmation email and I don't know if my order was processed. However, the uprfont cost was taken. Could you help me check it?
