error message from EE

Hi, 

I have placed an order, paid the upfront cost- received an email to wait for an email for a dispatch. After few hours I recieved a text message saying “

“Hi from EE.

An error occurred with the order you placed online. Sorry about that. Please call us on 0800 956 3045 today so that we can fix the problem and get your new device on its way to you”

however can’t get in touch, and they already took the money, so I’m not sure if I’ve been successful

@Klaudia1999  You’ll need to get in touch with customer services about this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Been trying but no answer. They took the upfront cost as I’m changing over to EE so I got a contract out but getting through to them it’s so hard. As the number they provided me just sends me to voice mail! Thank you for the answer!

I recived the same text today did you manage to get an answer from them? And get it sorted? 

Yes I have, it’s all sorted now. Customer service were so helpful. I suggest to call the sales team on   0800 956 6000 as the number they provide thought text message -  it doesn’t go through for some reasons. Hope you get it sorted!

If you don’t mind me asking what was the error? 

of course, bare in mind It can be different issues, but with my situation is that the order technically failed so it didn’t go through, so I had to re-do the application again. The refunded my upfront cost within 3 working days and done the contract application   over the phone. So it was all sorted.
