SIM not delivered and tracking not working

Hi, Placed the new sim order on 12/07 and when I track it today - I am getting timeout error. How do I track my new sim order?

Pay monthly SIM only or PAYG.

If tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
