Trying to move from Plusnet to EE as plusnet mobile is shutting, I have added a sim only deal to my basket and filled in all details , but as soon as I click on submit all details that I enetred in the credit check section get reset to blank . I have checked every detail is correct and tried several times but it just keeps going back to blanks and I can't complete the order .

I have just had this problem too this morning. I can't tell if the credit check has been done, it just goes back to the same form.

I am having the same problem occur when trying to buy a sim only plan, I've tried using a different browser and its not worked.

Yes I tried a different browser and it worked. May have been either Chrome or Edge
