Hi,
I already have EE broadband and am considering taking out a mobile phone contract too. Will I need to undergo another credit check to add the mobile service onto the existing account?
For info, I don't have bad credit - I've moved house recently and have had multiple hard searches for mortgage, new broadband account etc, so don't want another in a short period of time.
Thanks!

Hi @Aussie_Bhoy
Great to hear you're looking to us for mobile too, and take advantage of our combined deals.
When you apply for a mobile contract with us, we will still run a full credit check. The credit search will remain on file for 12 months. After this, it’s automatically removed from your credit file.
You can find out more at Credit files explained.
