Taken upfront fee but no confirmation

SIM card not received after 5 working days

How can I contact someone to see whether the sim has been posted out. I have waited 5 days and am porting my number.  There are no options to track this when I phone customer services and I need the number asap

I've placed an order this morning the deposit was taken and Ive not received any confirmation email yet. It went on a blank screen and nothing else come up.I'm unable to call so I'm slightly worried now
