Ordered the new iPhone 17 on the 28th when tracking my order it’s not moved off order comfirmed how long has it took for other people, they said it was in stock so I should have received it the next day

New order

I have ordered a new iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb Silver and have had no updates - have had a text giving me a deadline to trade my phone in but haven't had any update about what i'll be getting my new phone. How can I get around that.
