Hi,
I’m trying to set up Mobile Service for my Apple Watch on EE, but it won’t activate.
When I go to Apple Watch > Mobile Data > Set Up Mobile Service, it doesn’t complete.
It shows no plan available and the status says “Not connected”.
I also get this error message:
“Oops. It looks like there was a slight problem setting up your Apple Watch plan. Call us on 150 with code 031.”
I’ve already tried:
- Restarting both iPhone and Apple Watch
- Making sure iOS and watchOS are up to date
- Re-pairing the Apple Watch
- Checking my EE account and mobile plan
My iPhone works fine on EE, but the Apple Watch mobile plan will not activate at all.
Can someone from EE please advise what needs to be done to fix this or escalate it to the technical team?

It sounds like you have tried a lot of things we'd usually advise.
We dont have access to your account here on the forum, but if you give our technical team a call, they'll be able to check this error code and take any steps needed to get this working for you.

Usually a failed activation. I would imagine the technical team would need to resolve this for you after calling into them as stated by the error message, likely requiring the EID number of the watch to ensure the eSIM profile is pushed to it.
