I am trying to claim my watch also but EE does not come up as an option for a retailer.

Also, not sure what to use as an invoice number as it was purchased in store and so I just have a physical receipt?

Any hints??

I have just clicked the link provided by @Northerner and can find EE as a retailer. 

Please ensure in the top right corner you have the United Kingdom selected rather than Ireland. 

Does your physical receipt have an invoice number on?
