Hi, I ordered a Google pixel watch on 7th December, and received an order confirmation by email. It said, "Usually dispatched within 1 day", but since then I've had no messages.
This is a one-off order - I am not a regular EE customer. I have tried calling customer services, but couldn't find my way through the menu system. How can I get an update on my order?

You should have a order ref number on your confirmation email, you can Track your Order here.
