Upgrade

My contract is up and want a 12 month sim only deal but when I select new sim only deal it is offering me a multi sim and also not offering me an upgrade

Handset Store Collection by Daughter

Can my daughter (same surname and over 18) collect a phone from in store that I have ordered for her on my account? Will she need any pre arrangements by me? Thanks

I am trying to di an upgrade online as I have a Perk discount code but it keeps saying there are no plans available. My upgrade is due as my old one has now ended. Why is this?
