Hi
ordered iPhone 14 pro max 125GB on Thursday eve. Spoke to somebody on phone Friday morning who got me a better deal on it so cancelled original order and refunded my upgrade fee. Received confirmation email with expected date as 04/09. Didn’t receive anything from DPD so have spoken to customer care, first told it was OOS, then it was coming tomorrow, then told sorry it will be 9 days. Now looking at website you no longer offer the 125GB. Anyone able to give me a hand, do I cancel and get it elsewhere or just wait it out? The communication has been severely lacking and in actual fact it’s me that’s had to do the enquiring. I haven’t had any emails telling me it’s oos or delayed or in fact no longer available.

If you have spoken to CS and they said 9 days then i dont know what more communication you want.

They said 9 days because it wasn’t in stock, even though it was when I ordered it however it looks like EE no longer sell it. Thats what is confusing me. Track my order doesn’t work, it says I can only use that option for pay monthly phones, which is exactly what it is.
