Recently, I purchased an Acer 513 with a 128GB hard drive. The device without the sim card and I had to initiate a return after discussing with the ee team on phone. The device has been returned to ee since Wednesday last week and I have been expecting a new device back to no avail.
Kindly resolve as time is of the essence

Was the return has been processed, this will be removed from your My EE account and you can order again by calling us on 150 or on the EE Shop online.
