Ineligible for upgrade

HiI am trying to upgrade (having had the phone for four years) but it's saying I'm ineligible, which can't be right? When I try to "upgrade online" it says N/A. Please can you help?

S23 pre order

Looking to pre order s23 ultra unfortunately my upgrade date is 3 days short of free upgrade date.  ee want £100 early upgrade fee.anyone had any success of getting fee waived or if pre purchase off will be extended beyond the 17/02/23?

Ps5 update

Hi I ordered my PS5 recently but have not received any update on delivery. £10 up front has gone through and have a confirmation number. Thought to ask for an update and is it possible to be delivered on a weekend?
