I upgraded my phone beginning of August for the Samsung Galaxy S23
256GB Phantom Black. Still haven't had the phone or any updates. When am I going to get the phone??

You may need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your order.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Yeah I've checked the order tracker and it doesn't come up. Spoke to them beginning of the month but not much help they just said it wasn't in stock but thats it and no one updates me
