No confirmation email

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro on 20 March at lunchtime. I’ve not received an email confirmation but was given an order number which won’t track when will I get an order confirmation? I would expect to get it by now

Resolved! Return Process

EE sent out the wrong phone and despite them receiving it from DPD this morning said I have to wait until it’s been processed. Anyone know how long I’ll wait? Can’t get a new phone until this one is off my account.

Hi I have been with ee on pay as you go monthly sim for 30 days I have past credit checks and have payed my first bill I am still in the first 17 month of my contract and it won't let me get a ps5 on contract still
