Site gone down as I’m paying upfront cost?

Hi there,

I processed my payment of £30 upfront and then it seems the site just went down and froze? I’ve had no email confirmation of anything and I’m getting worried that the moneys gone to no avail.

I don’t even have an order number to reference? What is going on? 🤦🏻

Have you received a confirmation email overnight?

Is the payment showing as pending or completed in your banking app?

this has happened to me but it never left my account and returned to my available balance no problem and recieved a call off ee and ended up with a phone on contract with no upfront cost so all ended well
