Hi ,
Bought new Samsungg S23 5G 128G Phantom Black from online EE . Deal i had was if i purchased phone & contract from EE i got Samsung earbuds & £100 cashback .
They advised you wait 15-30 days and these will be sent out - this i assume is alie .
I have been on all forums who all seem to be asking the same question & Samsung seem to be holding no liability & EE saying have to contact Samsung .
Disgusted in both parties comments & actions .
Basically false advertising and trying to catch people out so they dont have to cough up the free goods / benefits .
Please tell me appropriate steps to do so or i will be going directly to the financial ombudsman .

I purchased my new phone & contract and within this offer was the free earbuds .
I still havent recieved these .
