Resolved! Phone call

So I paid a deposit for a phone, it went through but they said they needed too phone me too discuss further, I’m not very good with being on the phone, what do they call for? 

No delivery info from DPD

Ordered my new Samsung S23 yesterday and was told delivery would be today 21st March 23.Was told I would receive a tracking message from DPD but had nothing.Tried tracking with EE order number but just get error messages.

No confirmation email

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro on 20 March at lunchtime. I’ve not received an email confirmation but was given an order number which won’t track when will I get an order confirmation? I would expect to get it by now
