not able to track my order

Hi i ordered a samsung phone yesterday it said that it should be ordered next day. i am without a phone at the moment. could you tel me how long this will take lease. when im trying to track it says cant trac order at this time.

Hi,yesterday I had a call about promotions and then was told I had a free gift hamper to be sent to me. I enquired about an upgrade and opted into that aswell. now I feel sceptical about it all.how can I check if this was all legitimate?

Sim

Upgraded contract on Friday and was sent a new sim. Which still hasn’t arrived, How much longer is it expected to take to arrive as my old sim was deactivated on Sunday and so have had no service since.please help.

Delivery day

Hi I can not track my device delivery with my order number? Saying there can't show my delivery at the moment please can you confirm an estimate time and day as I work full time but don't want to miss my new phone delivery..hch appreciated thankyou 

New Phone
