Hi! I placed an order online 3 weeks ago for some phone accessories. The order was confirmed and the next day I received an gmail saying that the order it’s on the way, but when I enter my postcode to track it’s saying that “THE ORDER ITS BACK TO THE EE STORE” and it’s been like this for 3 weeks now. I tried to contact them but they said they cannot help me as I placed the order online. I also been to the ee store and they couldn’t help me. How can I get my refund as they took the money from my bank account
