So I’m trying to add a tablet to my account, I’m getting it sent to a different address so I need a pin sent over…but the problem is the number they want to send the pin to isn’t my phone number or a number on my account.
The only number that comes up when I go to my setting is my own number, so I have no idea how I would go about getting this changed.
Can someone please help me.

@Kirsty_mcg : Where is this no. that isn't yours coming from? If you are logged into your EE a/c when you order it should only send OTPs to your nos. on the a/c.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

As you can see the numbers are different, so I have no idea where the the number is coming from, the only number in my personal details is my own. I have no way to remove the other number as is simply doesn’t exist anywhere on my account when I look, apart from when I’m trying to place an order

Hi @Kirsty_mcg,

Do you have any other products with EE, such as a smart watch?

Is the other number listed on your EE bill?

James

I have an Apple Watch but that doesn’t have a Sim, the number that comes up at check out isn’t any of the other numbers on my account.
I’m absolutely baffled where this number has come from, because as you can see from the photos posted the only contact number they should be using is my own number.

i was going to call 150 but i don’t know what number (department) I would press, as account isn’t an option

Hi @Kirsty_mcg,

Did you purchase your Apple Watch from EE?

If you did, it will have an eSIM with its own number for billing purposes.

James

Come to think of it I actually didn’t, I got it as a gift a few years back:

I have 2 iPads and another phone on my account, but it’s none of the numbers associated with any of the other 3 products on my account.

Hi @Kirsty_mcg,

If the number definitely doesn't appear on your bill, please get in touch with Customer Care on 150.

I'd recommend selecting the billing options.

James

hi @James_B

I managed to contact EE regarding the matter, but they didn’t do anything about this other number. They placed the order for me and just changed the address on my account and made sure the pin was being sent to my current number. But didn’t say or do anything about the unknown number on the account
