I purchased a sim only at the port talbot store yesterday called the Full Works, but no add on’s which were free with the package for the two years can be seen on my EE app. I was told it included Apple One which included Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and iCloud storage. Also Extra. Please help.

@lanyon ,you can ring 150 on your keypad and press 2 to get through to one of the guides, or check my signature to ring customer service via another phone.
