Hi, got a call from someone claiming to be from EE feedback department asking if I’m having trouble with network, which I am.
Promised me a new sim and half price bill.
Took my details and then I became suspicious.
Anyone else has had this experience?
Thank you

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you've received a call like this. If there was a number displayed, could you please send a text message to 7726 including details of the call please? A security team will be able to check it out.
It's also worth calling our Mobile Care team so they can check over your account, and contact your bank if you have given any bank details out.

"EE feedback department" is a new one. Asking 100 mobile users if they were having problems with their network, is a pretty certain way of getting probably 90+ "yes, I am" type responses!
A new SIM should be ringing numerous alarm bells. Approach this from the position that scammers now have your personal details, and I would strongly recommend reporting this to any other company or organisation that uses those details for security and/or financial purposes.
