DPD one hour time slot !

I was given a one hour time slot , driver tried to deliver one hour earlier than that time slot. I phoned and person I spoke to said he would contact the larkfield depot to contact me to re deliver today. They never phoned , they just re arranged the delivery for tomorrow. But they had said that they spoke to me. I phoned again to complain further. Spoke to a manager who said she would try to contact them to get delivery for today as the driver tried to deliver outside of the time slot which goes against company policy. Phoned again to see if the so called manager had any luck, and nothing next person on the phone said you spoke to the depot , I can prove they never phoned, this is absolutely appalling, I have been given priority delivery for the inconvenience, delivery before 12!! When I have a one hour time slot which was not followed in the first place. Please tell me where I have been helped or given great customer service , because right now I have been given no help at all I feel like I have been given a real disservice today. To say I am really not happy is a true understatement right now, and we no help either. Why could I not just pick up my phone from store!

I'm really sorry to hear that your delivery came early yesterday. The timeslots and deliveries are all managed by the courier company. Hopefully the delivery goes through today successfully in the correct timescale.
