No news on delivery

Hii ordered a 5g mobile broadband device as an upgrade for my 4g device which I’ve had for about 10 years. Ordered it on Tuesday with the website saying despatch time of 1 day. 3 days later still no device and I’ve already paid for NowTv subscription...

Have I upgraded

Yesterday I went through the whole upgrade process and the £50 upfront cost was taken from my account but I have no email or confirmation or reference number of order
