Returns not received

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. I had torrid time with EE with joining them and was lied to about a few things from the person who signed me up. They promised phone calls to sort out my issues and never called once. I inevitably left them inside a month and was even charged an extortionate free for leaving them. Eventually this was paid back which I was happy about but was also very stressful.

I then sent my TV and broadband boxes back in the returns bag they sent me. I have been getting emails saying they haven't received it and now a bill of £225. This is about 6 weeks after sending it.

I did keep the tracking paper for a while but then thought they must have received the items and I don't have it anymore.

If anyone can help me in this situation not to pay £225 when they have probably received it as it seems to be a common problem on these forums.

I cannot afford to pay £225 for not keeping a pieces of paper.

Please help me
