 hi, does this mean my order has gone through? I’ve received a confirmation email and a direct debit one but nothing else unsure if I’ve beeen accepted?

I haven’t received any dispatched email or anything? Could that be because I ordered it to collect from a store or?

Once DPD have your order they will text with tracking details for the delivery and once the store have the order ready for collection they will contact you and let you know 🙂
