Trying to order

I login to my EE account as i have broadband with EE and i want to get a pay monthly mobile as mine is due for renewal with 3, everytime it tells me that i'm already a customer and need to login! I'm logged in already! Even when i click login and continue i just gets to the end and says the same thing!

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from your browser to see if that helps?

If not, are you able to try a different browser or device to see if the same happens?

If it does carry on, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides, who can look into this further for you and look at your mobile options.
