schedule phone delivery

Good morning, on Monday I had a delivery of my phone scheduled, which did not arrive. I want to schedule another delivery and I don't know how to do it

Order no update

I placed an order for the Google Pixel 6a sage on Monday. I have had no update on if and when this will be delivered. 

No sim card

I have ordered a iPhone 14 Pro max and pay monthly simcard the phone has arrived today without the sim but also without any QR code for the simless system the new iphones has.  On the invoice it states the phone and a multi use sim.
