I purchased a phone and sim plan today and it was already deducted on my account but I haven't received any confirmation email and couldn't track my order since there's no email for the reference number.
Is there anyone experienced the same problem?

@heyitsmejazz Have you checked your spam folder? If you ordered it today there is nothing to track as it’s not been dispatched yet. Download the DPD app and create an account using the same email address you use for EE and this will show you when they have a delivery for you and when it’ll be delivered and you get the PIN code you have to give to the delivery person upon delivery.
