I purchased a phone and sim plan today and it was already deducted on my account but I haven't received any confirmation email and couldn't track my order since there's no email for the reference number.
Is there anyone experienced the same problem?

@heyitsmejazz Have you checked your spam folder? If you ordered it today there is nothing to track as it’s not been dispatched yet. Download the DPD app and create an account using the same email address you use for EE and this will show you when they have a delivery for you and when it’ll be delivered and you get the PIN code you have to give to the delivery person upon delivery.

I haven’t received any confirmation email about my order I placed yesterday over the phone i’ve also checked junk and spam. I was told the phone will be ready for me today for pick up at my local ee Store but yet to hear anything.

Have you called your local store to see if your phone has arrived?
You should receive a text once your order is ready for collection.

Is there anyway I could receive an email of my order I’ve placed over the phone? Or do I need to ring up for that? Still haven’t heard of any updates and my ee store hasn’t received my phone and sim yet and the money has come out of my account.
