Delivery refused as address has important information missing, information that was double checked at the time on the phone with the sales guy
Call customer services
Told can’t send out another phone or refund
Son now without phone till early next week and no money to even purchase a new one!!!😡😡😡
He needs phone for his work, and his safety!!!

We want to get your son's phone to him as swiftly as possible, so I can understand your frustration if we've not been able to deliver this.
I'd recommend getting back in touch with our team, who will be able to look further into why this has happened, and work to get this resolved, but it may be best that they speak with the account holder, whether this is you or your son.
