Hello, I ordered my iphone 15 pro 256mb this week and it said it would be dispatched within 24 hours but a few days later there is no update to say it has been dispatched.  Are they out of stock?

iPhone 15 Pro Max Wait Time and Issue

I have ordered mine 20/09/2023 Iphone 15 Promax Nat Titanium, which qualified as pre order since the release is on the 22nd. 28 days later. No email, no texts no update at all. I have paid the upfront payment and all but nothing.

Pixel 8 pro I don't have a receipt

On the 16th I bought the new Pixel 8 Pro, I already received it at home today but I didn't have the receipt for the purchase. And I think I'll need it to claim the Pixel Watch later. Can anyone enlighten me on this matter? Thanks
