Order not showing up or delivered

I ordered the z fold 6 last Thursday, I received the email saying thanks for my order but I haven’t received anything else since and my tracking number is just coming back as unable to find or check back later. Just wondered if I should just wait or if there is a bug so people are unable to see orders. Thank you for any advive given

In this case, I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and the team will check the order for you and give you an update 🙂

It was an upgrade. I ordered the 256gb navy one. Had the confirmation email come through straight after saying it had been put through Thursday morning but not heard anything since

This device is currently showing 'usually dispatched within 1 day' on the EE Shop.

Has your plan changed in your EE account?

It’s still showing my old plan and phone. When I did the new device I did change to an unlimited plan on the new device. The upgrade button is still available to do so not sure if there was a mistake but I had the confrontation email saying it had gone through with the order number etc on it and new phone etc
