Hello I placed order for s25 on 13//4/2025 and herd nothing since getting a little concerned now as paid for upfront fee and don't have my device yet or any idea when it will be dispatched and delivered

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE? Was this an upgrade or a new contract order?

Hi I have checked spam etc and this brand new contract order Sunday and still nothing I tried calling customer service but wasn't helpful at all can u let me know what's happening also the tracker number I did find doant work

Was it that they couldn't find an order for you? We don't have access to your account here on the forum so I wouldn't be able to check this personally.
