Upgrade tracker not working

I upgraded online over a week ago, I recieved an email notification with an order code. 

I've tried to track online but get an error message. When I choose the option to check via my logged in profile, there is no record kf ny order. 

I have tried to connect online but have been waiting over 1 hour to be connected to an online guide. 

When I placed the order the phone was in stock. The email also stated that orders are usually dispatched in 1 working day. I have had no contact since. Is there a delay or stock issue?

Hi Michael,

I did connect to a guide after 2 hours. It did start xko but there was no record of it on my account. I have now sorted it via the online guide.

I would have expected you to have heard something by now if the phone was showing as being in stock. 

Was it the Samsung S24 that you ordered? 

Was the order number that you got starting with xko? (Please don't put the full order number here).
