Hello,
trying to upgrade my current Apple Watch to new Apple Watch 8/GPS,
Website is trying to send a PIN verification code to the number currently associated with my Apple Watch (separate number from IPhone) but I do not receive the text message.
Any ideas on this?

If you are not receiving the text, please call us on 150 the team will help you get the watch ordered.

Same issue - seems ridiculous. They must know that number doesn’t work? Why send a text pin to a number that is not actually active as an independent number?! Calling in takes so much more time and I’ll have to call during office hours (when I’m at work). This is such a pain!!

I am having this exact issue. The answer is always to call 150 but that take a lot longer. Please fix this

Has this been fixed ? Been trying to order an add on item but keeps trying to send the verification pin to my watch. There is no way to change the number to my primary phone number 🙁
