Past Billing

Hello

Is there any way to see past 2 years worth of billing? Both the app and website seem to stop in September 2024? But we've been customers a lot longer than that. At the end of our last contract, I seem to remember the bill jumping quite a bit. We're about to end the current one and I'm trying go fathom the impact (which discounts go and which stay).

TL;DR I tried to use the EE chat thing today to assess, but kept getting passed on to new associates who could not keep track of my number or the fact I'd been through verification. Cost effective, but exhausting 😞

Thanks

Never mind, it looks like there a post here that answers this:

https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Contracts-Billing/How-to-access-my-complete-bill-history/td-p/1269625

The community web server seems to be having issues so will look at it when it's working.

Thanks, yes, £2.55 per bill in 2023. I don't think I can stand to deal with EE support maze to discuss going down that path to learn what this years figure would be.
