New contract

I ordered a new iPhone 14 yesterday I got a confirmation with an order number but I can seem to track the order and was not sure if I needed to do anything else

Moving from o2

I’ve ordered 2 sims to change from o2 to EE. one is a Payg for £10.00 per month. and one is a monthly subscription for £9.00 per month with a discount and 6 months Apple TV.  Trouble is only 1 sim has come and I don’t think it’s the monthly subscript...

i ordered a sim 10 days ago, got a confirmation email, when i look at my account it says there's an issue and cant display any info, still being charged for the old contract, cant use the app, cant use the message function, waiting times on the phone...

Can’t track my order, no tracking number

I placed an order yesterday around 12.30 I rang as they needed to discuss the order. The advisor said I’d receive the phone today. I’ve had no delivery updates, no tracking number, nothing other than confirmed direct debit set up.

 Hi @EE Community ManagerI ordered an iPhone 14 pro max yesterday and received no confirmation email although the upfront payment which was £30 was take from my account. Any idea what’s going on?
