tracking timed out

i ordered two contract phones a 15 pro and the 16 i’ve tried cancelling the 15 pro but i can’t seem to do so. i try to track the tracking number and it says oops tracking timed out what does that mean.

Hello @mootw1205 

If your looking to cancel the order for the iPhone 15 Pro you will need to call EE on 150 or use the 0800 number in my Signature. 

If your trying to Track your order and it's giving you an Error then there might be a server error.  Try again later or try clearing your Web Browsers Cache, Cookies etc.

i’ve tried to call them and i’m on hold for over an hour and then the phone ends. i try to track them both and just says tracking timed out and i have no idea what that means

You will need to chase up the order with the Sales team.  Also you can ask them to cancel one phone as you mentioned you like to do on 0800 956 6000
