Just ordered handset took the upfront payment out my bank   Yet order not appearing in my order  or no email with contract.  What’s happened here?

Did the site display an XKO number at the end of your order? If an reference beginning with XKO was produced, the system will have logged the order, It may be worth checking your spam folder to see if any emails have gone into there.
