EE IS THE WORST

EE has the worst customer service. I have tried in vain to upgrade my mobile since June 2024, I texted but that is useless. I rang them and waited on the phone for 57 minutes only for someone at the other end pick it up and put it down (all logged). ...

Order

So I placed an order / upgrade today with ee I had to pay an up front cost of £30 and it has gone out of my account but it isn’t showing up anywhere nor have I had email of confirmation or rejection can someone help
