Cant get pay monthly on tech

Hi it says i am not eliegible for getting the meta quest 3s on pay monthly how do i become eliegble to get it?

There are a number of things that could mean you aren't eligible.

Do you have a pay monthly contract phone with us or a SIM Only plan?

How long have you been connected?

Are you eligible for any other devices/products on Add to Plan?
