I want to order a product when I click on mobile phone option or monthly pay option it take me to the login page again and again and I already login

Placed order - why do I now have to call to confirm details?

So, I placed an online order to upgrade my phone after current contract expired. Order placed with no issues. Then got an email asking to confirm "some details "and to call the 0800 number...And of course it is impossible to  get through to any sales...
