Yesterday I ordered iPhone 17 pro max and today it is showing cancelled I paid 30 pounds upfront what to do now?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I ordered a phone yesterday too and an hour and 15 minutes later I got a text saying it was cancelled, rang customer services and they said a bug in the system and they had no record of my order even though I had an order confirmation email.
