Hello,

 

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max on 23/11/2025 (Order ref: XKO*********). I have not received any tracking email or SMS. I cannot receive SMS on my UK number.

 

Please send me the tracking link.

Hi @Walid92 

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. 

However, as you've not received a follow-up email confirming your has been processed, you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 
Please first check your junk/spam folder in case any emails are accidentally filtered there. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why and what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.
