Hi,
I upgraded my phone yesterday and upgraded to the Z Fold 6 with the offer of a free pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro.
The website says the Buds will be delivered to me 15-30 days after the order has been placed, but the lady I did the upgrade with yesterday said I would have to claim them with Samsung?
There is no mention of the Buds3 Pro on the order email/invoice that was sent to me either.
Can someone please clarify how these will be claimed or if they will be sent out by EE as the website says?

Hey, just to jump in on this, the guy I upgraded with on the phone said the same thing. Samsung will be in touch with how to get them ordered. I just called ee to change delivery info for my order due tomorrow (z fold 6 + watch ultra) and he said it will likely automatically be sent out. "Likely" haha

Is there a delay with the pre orders???
Just had an email saying
Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order.
I was expecting mine tomorrow and have to return my trade in by the 26th

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered. You won't be expected to return your old device until you receive your new one.

Yesterday I was in the store to update my phone to the flip 6 and I asked them about the buds3 pro and they told me that it did not apply because the deadline was July 19 and I went on the 20th, and in the comments I see that the deadline is the 23rd and I wonder.... What is happening in that store, misinformation?
