Hi @Sjpalb

I am sorry that you were told this. The order may not show on your account just yet as it would need to be processed by our digital sales team first of all.

As @Chris_B mentioned, the XKO order number is the one generated when an order is placed on the website, which then goes to be processed.

When did you place the order?

Michael

@Sjpalb   No it doesn’t.   It’s a reference from where the order was made from.   It could be XKN or XKO,    Online or via a phone call.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the reply Chris, but if that's the case why does the order not show on my account? And why did the sales person say it will be declined ? Surely something is wrong somewhere.

I placed the order Sunday night , as I've realised now that the reason for delay or no order was because EE had a dearer offer and a new phone,

Hi @Sjpalb

Thanks for confirming you placed the order on Sunday.

Could you confirm what you mean EE had a dearer offer and a new phone? Have you spoken with our customer service team?

Thanks

Ritu

Hi Ritu ,

I spoke with someone last night and they offered me a brand new s24 ultra for 53.50 ,

I just felt frustrated that I'd placed an order and it's either delayed because ee want me to pay more money or the item didn't actually exist

Thanks for coming back to me and clarifying everything @Sjpalb

I can appreciate how frustrating that might have been for you.

Was the agent able to explain what was happening with the order you placed?

No .

@Sjpalb I would definitely recommend giving our digital sales team a call to confirm what is happening with your order.
