You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

Hi I’ve received and order number beginning XKO I called re and they said it was processing and that she couldn’t see anything on there to suggest it has been declined….. if it’s being processed does this mean it’s been accepted?

Hi can I ask….. I have a pre contract and contract summary does this mean I’ve been accepted for my order? They’ve taken £30 and have sent me a pre contract and a summary also

Thank you I called the customer service as I couldn’t understand why I was to call, when I spoke to the woman she said she couldn’t see anything to suggest that it had been declined, all she said was it’s processing unsure of that means it’s going through checks etc she told me to watch out for a txt from dpd or EE so fingers crossed
